Office coffee mornings, conferences, staff days, product launches and brand activations. We bring a working café or kitchen to your venue, staffed and stocked, from our base just south of Dublin in Co. Wicklow.
The Coffee Bar is a timber counter that fits where a trailer can’t: offices, atriums, hotels, marquees and brand activations. It runs on a standard 13 A socket and serves specialty coffee, pastries, smoothies and açaí, made in front of your guests.
Tula burritos and burrito bowls from the festival menu of Dublin’s Tula Mexican Grill, built to order with a choice of meat or veg. For group orders, bowls can be packed and labelled by name.
The Coffee Bar converts into a chocolate-covered strawberry bar, dipped to order at the counter. It is a crowd-puller for launches, summer parties and brand activations, indoors or out.

Yes. The Coffee Bar is a 2.3 m timber counter with a 3 m gazebo option, and it runs on a standard 13 A socket, so it works in offices, atriums, hotels and marquees.
Yes. We are based in Co. Wicklow, just south of Dublin, and we cater corporate events anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Yes. We are VAT registered and invoice companies directly.
Yes. We hold full allergen information for every menu item, milk alternatives are on every coffee unit, and Tula serves veggie burritos and bowls.
Yes. Every unit is HSE compliant, with current PAT certificates for all appliances and RECI certificates for the electrical installation. We send copies with every booking. We can send our insurance certificate to your venue too.
