Every unit arrives fully equipped, stocked and staffed, and every one is HSE compliant with current PAT and RECI certificates. Combine Scúp and Tula into one 13.4 m frontage for the biggest sites.

A 6.7 m coffee trailer with two service hatches: specialty coffee, pastries, toasties, smoothies and açaí on one side, Scúp Irish gelato on the other.
Burritos & bowls
The street-food extension of Dublin's Tula Mexican Grill. Burritos and burrito bowls, made to order with a choice of fillings, built for fast service and long queues.
Compact coffee unit
A converted horsebox for tighter sites and private hire. Specialty coffee, pastries, smoothies and açaí from a streamlined, reliable café setup.
Counter + gazebo · converts to Strawberry Bar
A timber counter under a 3 m gazebo that fits where a trailer can't: indoors, marquees, brand activations. Runs as a café, or converts into the chocolate-covered strawberry bar.
Specialty coffee · with Roasted Brown roasters
A compact trailer built with Dublin roaster Roasted Brown. A short, well-executed menu: expertly brewed coffee, pastries and toasties, at speed.
13.4 m frontage · up to 1,500 covers
Scúp and Tula set end to end as one frontage: coffee and breakfast through the morning, burritos and bowls through the evening. Ideal for campsites and high-traffic pitches.

We are based in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow, just south of Dublin, and we tow our units to events across the whole island of Ireland. We run ten festivals in the 2026 season, and two new units join the fleet for summer 2027.

Questions
It depends on the unit, the menu, your guest numbers and how long you want us trading. For private and corporate events we quote a package for your event. For festivals and markets we trade direct to the public. Send us your details on the quote form and we will come back with a price.
Scúp, Tula and Roasted Brown each serve up to 1,000 covers a day. The Horsebox serves up to 600 and the Coffee Bar up to 500. Scúp and Tula set end to end serve up to 1,500 a day from one 13.4 m frontage.

Scúp and the Horsebox run on 32 A single phase, Tula on 32 A three phase, and the combined Scúp and Tula frontage on 32 A single plus 32 A three phase, or 63 A three phase. The Coffee Bar and Roasted Brown run on 32 A single phase or a standard 13 A socket. We use mains water or our own tanks, and we confirm exactly what we need before we arrive.
Yes. Every unit is HSE compliant, with current PAT certificates for all appliances and RECI certificates for the electrical installation. We send copies with every booking.
